The scope covers the visa application process for the German Mission encompassing the supporting services of Human Resources for people security, CorpSec and Admin teams for physical and environmental security, IT and DC teams for IT Infrastructure and Applications and the InfoSec teams to address information security requirements. All locations, premises and rooms from where visa application processing for German Mission is executed. The central locations are Global Support Office in Mumbai. The headquarter in UAE is in the role of representing the contractual responsibility. The VACs are regulated by the central administration and therefore included as internal outsourcing-partners.
