Schutzprofil / Protection Profile
Das Schutzprofil zum Digitalen Tachographen – Tachograph Karte (Protection Profile Digital Tachograph – Smart Card (Tachograph Card)) beschreibt die Sicherheitsanforderungen für die Tachograph Karten im Straßenverkehr im Sinne des Anhangs I B der Verordnung Nr. 1360/2002 der Europäischen Kommission im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung von Fahrtenschreiber und Weg- und Geschwindigkeitsgeber als Aufzeichnungskomponenten. Aufgabe der Tachograph Karte ist zum einen das Speichern von Karten- und Karteninhaber-Identifikationsdaten. Diese Identifikationsdaten werden durch den Fahrtenschreiber zur Identifikation des Karteninhabers, zur entsprechenden Zugriffskontrolle auf Funktionen und Daten der Tachograph Karte und zur Zurechenbarkeit von Aktivitäten des Karteninhabers verwendet. Zum anderen ist es Aufgabe der Tachograph Karte, Aktivitätsdaten des Karteninhabers, Ereignis- und Fehlerdaten sowie Kontrollaktivitätsdaten zu speichern.
The Protection Profile Digital Tachograph – Smart Card (Tachograph Card) addresses security requirements for a Tachograph Card in the sense of Annex I B of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1360/2002 intended to be used in the Digital Tachograph System which contains additionally Motion Sensors and Vehicle Units as recording equipment. The purpose of the Tachograph Card is to store card identification and cardholder identification data. These identification data are used by the Vehicle Unit to identify the cardholder, provide functions and data access rights accordingly, and ensure cardholder accountability for his activities. Furthermore, the purpose of the Tachograph Card is to store cardholder activities data, events and faults data and control activities data, related to the respective cardholder.
