Der EVG besteht aus der Hardwareplattform N7021 VA und einer zusätzlichen kryptographischen Bibliothek (Crypto Library Cobalt on N7021 VA) mit der die Sicherheitsfunktionalität der Hardwareplattform erweitert wird. Die Hardwareplattform ist der Sicherheitskontroller N7021 VA mit spezieller IC-Software und der dazugehörigen Beschreibung des Instruktionen Satzes und der Nutzung des zusammengesetzten EVG. Der zusammengesetzte EVG beinhaltet nicht die kundenspezifische eingebettete Software.
The TOE comprises the IC hardware platform NXP Secure Smart Card Controller N7021 VA including IC Dedicated Software and documentation describing instruction set and usage of the TOE. It further comprises the Crypto Library Cobalt on N7021 VA 2.0.8 which provides additional functionality for asymmetric cryptography and hashing. The composite TOE does not include a customer-specific Security IC Embedded Software.
