Der Sensor 2185 (KITAS 4.0) ist ein Bewegungssensor der zweiten Generation für den Einsatz in digitalen Tachograph-Systemen im Sinne der Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/799. Im übrigen besteht das Tachograph-System aus einer Fahrzeugeinheit, Tachograph-Chipkarten, gegebenenfalls einer externen GNSS- (Global Navigation Satellite System) Einheit sowie Fernkommunikationsgeräten. Der Bewegungssensor wird als Teil eines Tachograph-Systems in einem Fahrzeug installiert und liefert Bewegungsdaten an die Fahrzeugeinheit.aus denen sich die genaue Geschwindigkeit sowie zurückgelegte Fahrstrecke ermitteln lassen.
The Sensor 2185 (KITAS 4.0) is second generation Tachograph Motion Sensor in the sense of Annex 1C of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/799, intended to be used in the digital tachograph system. The Digital Tachograph system additionally contains a vehicle unit, tachograph cards, an external GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) module (if applicable) and remote early detection communication readers. A motion sensor is installed within a road transport vehicle as part of a digital tachograph system. Its purpose is to provide a vehicle unit with motion data that accurately reflects the vehicle’s speed and distance traveled.
