The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is the integrated circuit chip containing the application ePasslet2.1/ePKI-SSCD for a secure signature creation device that can generate a signing key (signature creation data, SCD) and operates to create electronic signatures with the generated key. The TOE is a combination of hardware and software configured to securely create, use and manage signature-creation data (SCD). The SSCD compliant configuration (application) ePasslet2.1/ePKI-SSCD is part of the cv act ePasslet Suite. The cv act ePasslet Suite is a modular multi-application solution for eID documents to be used exclusively on the NXP JCOP Javacard OS platform.
