I am looking for support from the Cyber Security Network

The Cyber Security Network (CSN) of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) pursues the goal of establishing a nationwide decentralised structure through which small and medium-sized enterprises and citizens can efficiently receive support in the event of IT security incidents.

In October 2021, the BSI will start a six-month pilot phase of the cyber security network. The network is a voluntary association of qualified incident handling experts who agree to make their individual expertise available for the resolution of IT security incidents. By taking on reactive activities, they support the identification and analysis of IT security incidents, limit the extent of damage and avert further damage. The support can vary depending on the incident and the target group. In order to be able to offer the appropriate support service for all those affected, the CSN provides for a so-called digital rescue chain, which consists of several escalation levels. It allows those affected to enter at any link with their IT security incidents, but also to actively escalate to the next link in the chain.

All further information on the cyber security network can be found here.
